COMPANY OVERVIEW: The ABS-CBN Foundation is a Manila-based non-profit that is dedicated to improving the lives of disadvantaged Filipino families. Issues the foundation tackles include childcare, environmental conservation, community development, and disaster management.

PROJECT GOAL: Improve the water quality of the Pasig River system through easement recovery, riverbank development, waste and water management, and educational public outreach campaigns.

PROJECT OUTCOMES:
+ Created 2,500 low-skill jobs and provided livelihood security through adoption of new waste management strategies
+ Managed improvement and relocation of community housing for over 3,000 informal settlers
+ Collaborated with a team to implement an initiative to make the riparian community sustainable through edible forestry
