POSITION OVERVIEW:

Facilitated project sourcing and supported the scoping of client initiatives, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals of the Climate & Society program
+ Advised graduate students by providing insight into project design, management, communication, and presentation on a TIME CO2 capstone project to identify corporate climate decarbonization pathways
+ Guided student market research and co-designed survey (40+ companies) to uncover white spaces insufficiently addressed by existing corporate decarbonization pathways, playbooks, tools, and B2B product offerings
+ Aided in the synthesis of learnings into company archetypes, providing a structured framework that empowered TIME CO2 to design products that meet specific business sustainability needs
+ Maintained relationships between the client, the capstone group and the Climate School, including scope negotiation and the delivery of final deliverables
