PROJECTS:
(1) Urban Financing Partnership Facility
Project Goal: Raise and utilize development partner funds for investment co-financing in urban environmental infrastructure projects and support a wide range of technical assistance in developing nations.
Issue: Large time-gap between donors providing funding for projects and on-the-ground work beginning. Lack of reports on project status. Mismatch between project goals and donor goals.

Analysed existing Monitoring & Evaluation project guidelines adopted by multilateral funding and donor agencies to create an improved framework that relies on concrete, quantifiable indicators.
(2) Coral Triangle Initiative
Project Goal: Combat threats of unsustainable fishing, rapid population growth and the effects of climate change in six Asia-Pacific nations through coordination and knowledge-sharing among member governments.
Project Outcomes: Reviewed national climate adaptation plans of member nations to ensure alignment with Coral Triangle Initiative goals and regional objectives. Prepared reliable budget estimates for activities based on reported costs from existing prior and ongoing projects.
(3) APEC Urban Infrastructure Network (with RMIT University)
Project Goal: Develop a Best Practice Policy Framework to encourage sustainable urban infrastructure development as policy tools in Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) nations.
Project Outcomes: Evaluated institutional structures and financing streams of urban infrastructure in 24 APEC member and comparator economies. Identified successfully implemented best practice policy measures for member economies to adopt and replicate to strengthen their urban infrastructure.
