COMPANY OVERVIEW: The IXL Innovation Olympics is a global innovation consulting case competition. The Innovation Olympics is a ten-week action learning program where teams are paired with companies looking to innovate. Teams from 5 graduate schools worldwide meet and work with the client’s senior executives to solve complex challenges.

POSITION OVERVIEW: Led and collaborated with the 4-person Ohio State University team on a challenge to propose an innovative growth solution for a major national gas station and convenience store chain (500+ stores; $7B revenue).

PROJECT GOAL: Increase client’s revenue by 7% in the next 5 to 10 years
